FP&A Manager (Business Partner)

As a key member of the finance team at Eightfold, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy by collaborating with various departments to optimize investments in products, technology, and supporting functions. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing financial strategies, providing insights to senior leadership, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, conducting financial analysis, monitoring key metrics, and aligning financial goals with business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing financial reporting tools and processes to drive informed decision-making and improve data visibility across the organization. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 6 years of experience in FP&A roles at a SaaS or high-growth technology company, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a passion for complex problem-solving and financial modeling. Experience with hyper-growth SaaS and enterprise software business models, as well as cross-functional collaboration, is highly desirable. Effective communication, genuine curiosity about the business, eagerness to learn, and the ability to build processes from scratch are essential qualities for success in this role.
