Job Description

Support the administration and communication of the global performance review process, ensuring timely completion and alignment with compensation decisions
Provide data and insights related to performance ratings and distribution
Provide analytical support for bonus plan design and effectiveness
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of global data within HR systems (HRIS)
Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc total rewards reports, including compensation benchmarking, benefits utilization, and turnover analysis
Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key total rewards metrics for stakeholders
Support the tracking and reporting of HR related Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
6+ years of relevant work experience in Total Rewards with a strong focus on compensation and benefits
Experience in administering global employee benefits programs
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and charting Knowledge of global compliance requirements and experience implementing compliant HR processes across different regions
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement solutions
