Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing for site employees and office staff.
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate attendance, overtime (OT), loss of pay (LOP), shift details, and leave data (CL/SL/EL) from all sites/plants.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly salary disbursements.
  • Process new joiner data, salary revisions, and full & final settlements.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and statutory registers.
  • Ensure correct deductions and timely statutory compliance for PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS, including all related filings.
  • Coordinate daily with site HR, Admin, and Store Supervisors for manpower updates and payroll inputs.
  • Support internal and external statutory and HR audits.
  • Prepare monthly payroll statements, reports, and MIS for management review.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related employee queries promptly.
  • Work efficiently on systems such as

    SuccessFactors (SF)

    and

    SAP

    .
  • Oversee team activities and manage team performance; prior team-handling experience is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a

    high-pressure environment
