Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Global HR Operations Manager to lead our human resources team in providing operational support and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall mission and vision.
Manage and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement effective HR initiatives that drive business results.
Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
Ensure timely completion of all HR-related documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a global environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations governing employment practices.
