Job Description

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Manager in the Key Account Management (Sales) team, your primary responsibility is to suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process. You will coordinate department projects, report on sales metrics, and prepare sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Utilizing customer feedback, you will play a crucial role in generating ideas for new features and products. Your focus will also involve researching and identifying methods to enhance customer engagement while ensuring adherence to sales, finance, and legal policies. Building an open communication environment within your team and collaborating with Marketing and Product Development departments are essential for brand consistency and increased sales. Key Responsibilities: - Suggest and implement improvements in sales administration - Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines - Report on sales metrics and recommend enhancements - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts - Utilize customer feedback for product ideas and enhancements - Research and identify methods to boost customer engagement - Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies - Foster an open communication environment within the team - Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development for brand consistency and sales growth - Manage client relationships - Develop strategic account plans - Achieve revenue targets - Coordinate cross-functionally Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel - Deep understanding of sales administration processes - Strong interpersonal and team management abilities - Excellent analytical and organizational skills - Proficient in numerical analysis and problem-solving - Track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone - Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities - Skilled in negotiation and complaint resolution - Results-driven and persistent - Ability to handle customer rejection with patience - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Management degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field is a plus,
