Key Account Sales Specialist

As a Key Account Sales Specialist at Yethi Consulting, you will play a crucial role in managing key client relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of services. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services. - Ensuring billing is done as per agreed terms and timelines. - Following up and reporting on outstanding account receivables. - Tracking and managing purchase orders (PO) and renewals in a timely manner. - Preparing proposals and presentations that address client objectives and requirements. - Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth and retention. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification). - 4 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within an IT/ITeS company. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
