Job Purpose:


The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding Arbuda Agrochemicals Ltd’s strategic key customers having high business volumes and pan-India presence. The role is critical in driving sustainable growth, brand penetration, profitability, and long-term partnerships across pest control, household insecticides, public health, and FMCG segments.



Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Key Account Management

• Manage national and regional key accounts including large distributors, super stockists, modern trade partners, institutional buyers, and pest control companies.

• Act as the central coordination point for all key account activities across India.

• Develop annual business plans (ABP) and growth roadmaps for each key account aligned with Arbuda’s vision of making India pest-free.

• Build long-term relationships with owners, CXOs, procurement heads, and category decision-makers.



Business Growth & Market Expansion

• Drive volume, value, and profitability growth for Arbuda’s complete product portfolio including insecticides, rodenticides, traps, foggers, aerosols, and FMCG products.

• Lead price negotiations, schemes, institutional contracts, and national tie-ups.

• Identify opportunities for new product launches, exclusive SKUs, and private label collaborations with key customers.

• Expand Arbuda’s national footprint through strategic account onboarding.



Pan-India Sales Execution & Coordination

• Coordinate with regional sales teams, warehouses, manufacturing units, and logistics to ensure seamless order execution.

• Ensure consistent product availability, service levels, and brand visibility across customer locations.

• Resolve supply, pricing, and service escalations promptly to maintain strong customer confidence.



Forecasting, Planning & Analytics

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for key accounts.

• Track primary and secondary sales, stock rotation, and off-take trends.

• Share market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer insights with management and R&D teams.



Commercial Discipline & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to company policies on pricing, credit, discounts, and collections.

• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from key accounts.

• Support contract management, documentation, audits, and statutory compliance.



Brand Representation & Industry Engagement

• Represent Arbuda Agrochemicals Ltd at national conferences, trade fairs, IPCA events, customer meets, and industry forums.

• Strengthen Arbuda’s brand image as a trusted, innovation-driven Indian manufacturer.



Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven expertise in Key Account Management (KAM) – Pan India

• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen

• Ability to handle large volumes and complex distribution networks

• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

• High level of ownership, integrity, and result orientation



Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)

• 8–15 years of experience in Agrochemicals / Pesticides / FMCG / Public Health Products

• Hands-on experience managing national or institutional key accounts

• Strong understanding of Indian pest control and FMCG distribution ecosystem



Travel Requirement:

• Extensive pan-India travel as per business needs
