To be successful as a Key Account Manager, you must have:
· A degree in business, commerce, marketing, or related field.
· Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in sales or key accounts management.
· Fluent in English and two other languages.
· Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand client requirements.
· Knowledge of sales data analysis.
· Result-driven, action-focused, and a can-do attitude
· Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment.
· Attention to detail, high energy levels, and self-motivation.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to build a good rapport with key clients.
· Strong negotiation and leadership skills, as well as customer service skills.
· Ability to work in teams and independently with minimum guidance.
· Proficient in all MS Office Applications and CRM software.
· Prior experience in managing clients in (preferred industry type) industry.
