Job Summary: The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, and leading operational efficiency across assigned facility sites. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and the ability to lead on-site teams to meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and customer satisfaction. Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites and ensure seamless service delivery as per SLA and company standards. Coordinate with technical and operations teams for preventive and corrective maintenance of all MEP and building systems. Conduct regular site visits, meet with clients and on-site employees to review performance, resolve issues, and maintain service quality. Monitor manpower deployment, shift schedules, attendance, and performance of site staff. Review monthly reports, budgets, and MIS to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and cost optimization. Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory compliance, and company policies. Manage escalations promptly and support client audits and review meetings. Traveling to various client locations within the region will be required; candidates should be comfortable with frequent site visits. Key Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting). Excellent client relationship management and communication skills. Team leadership and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation. Strong focus on quality, timelines, and compliance.
