We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Key Account Manager

to join our team in the Facility Management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, and driving operational performance across assigned sites.

Qualification

:BE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience

:Minimum 4–6 years in Facility Management, Operations, or Client Handling roles

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the single point of contact for key clients and ensure customer satisfaction2. Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery across assigned client sites3. Coordinate with technical teams for preventive and corrective maintenance activities4. Visit client sites regularly and interact with on-site employees to monitor performance, address issues, and ensure smooth operations5. Track SLAs, prepare reports, and support audits and compliance requirements6. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and client retention7.
