• Proven experience in key account management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
