Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Executive to drive sales in IT hardware, software, networking solutions, and audiovisual (AV) products. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B solution selling, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of the IT/AV ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and acquire new clients in the enterprise, SMB, and institutional segments. Sell IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals), software licenses (OS, productivity, security, etc.), networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi), and AV solutions (projectors, conferencing systems, digital signage). Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos tailored to customer requirements. Create proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing to close deals profitably. Maintain CRM records of interactions, pipeline, and follow-ups. Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activity. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
