Job Title: Key Account Manager Technical (Facility Management)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Key Account Manager Technical to handle end-to-end facility operations for assigned key accounts in Chennai. The role involves managing multiple sites, overseeing technical services, and taking complete ownership of manpower recruitment, deployment, and management, ensuring seamless service delivery in line with contractual and SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations across multiple facility sites
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality and compliance
• Handle manpower recruitment, including technicians, supervisors, and engineers, in coordination with HR
• Manage manpower planning, deployment, attendance, performance, and discipline
• Oversee hard services: HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and BMS
• Act as the single point of contact for clients and ensure relationship management
• Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, statutory, and EHS requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
• Drive preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Prepare and review MIS, monthly reports, and operational reports
• Manage cost control, billing, and invoicing for assigned accounts
• Handle escalations and implement process improvements

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Facility Management technical operations
• Experience in multi-site operations and manpower recruitment
• Client handling and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership, communication, and team management abilities

Qualification:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Experience:

• 815 years of experience in Facility Management / Technical Services
• Proven experience in end-to-end operations and manpower handling
