This role is pivotal in driving performance across sales, service, and client relationship functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-performing teams, aligning sales efforts to business targets, and ensuring seamless client servicing to boost revenue growth. KRA & Performance Targets As the team lead for Telemarketers & sales reps, your performance will be directly linked to team achievement.
