The Sales & Marketing professional is responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. This role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and creating promotional activities to increase brand awareness and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product/service pitches. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collections. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns (digital, print, and event-based). Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine strategies. Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
