Job Title: Audit Manager Location: Gurugram and New Delhi Reports to: Partner / Senior Partner Position Overview: The Audit Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. The role demands strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage statutory, internal, and tax audit assignments from planning to completion. Develop audit strategies and plans based on risk assessment and client requirements. Review and finalize working papers, audit reports, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with auditing standards (SA), accounting standards (Ind AS/AS), and regulatory requirements. Supervise and mentor audit teams; ensure timely training and performance feedback. Liaise with clients to resolve audit queries and provide value-added recommendations. Monitor audit timelines and budgets to ensure efficient delivery. Assist in developing the firm's audit methodology and quality control procedures. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients to enhance business opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum one years of post-qualification experience in audit and assurance. Thorough knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, Companies Act, Income-tax Act, and GST provisions. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
