As a Telemarketer, your main responsibilities will involve making marketing calls and establishing strong connections with customers. What We Need: - Proficient in interpersonal communication - Friendly demeanor with the ability to address customer inquiries - Comfortable discussing our products and services over the phone - Willingness to aid in the company's expansion by identifying new customer prospects Your Tasks: - Contact potential and existing customers to introduce them to our products or services - Respond to customer queries and provide necessary information - Determine customer requirements and facilitate conference calls and scheduled meetings - Collaborate with the sales team by passing on promising leads - Maintain an up-to-date customer database - Efficiently and accurately process deals - Address customer complaints to safeguard the company's positive reputation - Strive to achieve sales targets and lay the groundwork for future sales - Maintain detailed records of calls and sales transactions What We're Looking For: - Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service - Track record of meeting set targets, particularly over the phone - Proficient in computer and phone system usage - Ability to grasp knowledge about our products and effectively communicate it to customers - Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, or Gujarati - Friendly demeanor and ability to maintain composure in the face of rejection - Strong negotiation skills and adept at resolving customer issues Work Schedule: - Working Days: Monday to Saturday - Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Key Result Areas Targets: - Conference Calls - Fixed Meetings - Revenue If you are ready to contribute to our growth and help us achieve our objectives, submit your application for the Telemarketer position at Franchise Alpha.
