Key Responsibilities: Creative Content Development: Design and create attractive, relevant, and engaging social media posts and short videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and creative storytelling. Social Media Management: Maintain and update the social media content calendar for consistent and timely posts. Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI, reach, and engagement. SEO & SEM: Handle on-page and off-page SEO to improve search engine rankings. Monitor website traffic and implement strategies for growth. Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and announcements. Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign and website performance using analytics tools. Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights. E-commerce Support: Assist in managing listings, content, and promotions on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our official website. Collaboration & Innovation: Work with the design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
