Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interim Sales Representative to join our team at TMI Network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities to drive sales growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, including solution selling and consultative selling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
