We develop AI-powered ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks that automate data collection, generate dynamic ESG questionnaires using LLMs and SLMs, enable advanced company comparisons via Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and deploy intelligent AI agents to streamline ESG processes. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and performance oriented Inside Sales Manager who will lead our inside sales function with a strong focus on marketing , lead generation , and appointment setting . You will be responsible for building a high-converting sales funnel, managing inbound and outbound campaigns, and driving qualified meetings for the sales team. This is a target-driven role with KPIs aligned to monthly lead generation and appointment setting quotas . Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Own and achieve monthly targets for qualified lead generation and appointment setting. Run outbound prospecting campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. Respond to inbound leads generated by marketing and convert them into sales opportunities. Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM and sales automation tools. Qualify leads based on AI/ESG product fit, budget, and buying stage. Marketing Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and targeting. Provide input on content and marketing strategy based on prospect feedback. Track conversion metrics for all lead sources and report on campaign effectiveness. Team Management & Sales Operations Manage a small team of inside sales executives or SDRs (Sales Development Reps). Train team members on product positioning, objection handling, and pitch customization. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data hygiene. Create dashboards and reports to monitor sales activity and performance against targets. Product Familiarity Learn and communicate the technical and business benefits of our AI-driven ESG offerings — including: ESG data automation using AI agents Company benchmarking using RAG LLM/SLM-generated ESG Q&A modules Educate prospects on how these innovations solve real-world ESG compliance and reporting problems. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). 2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, AI, or ESG domains. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead and appointment targets. Strong communication, persuasion, and consultative selling skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Familiarity with AI concepts like LLMs, RAG, and ESG terminology is a strong advantage.
