Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and qualify a strong pipeline across US mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Run outreach campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn) targeting CIO, CTO, Data, Cloud Procurement leaders.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand needs around Cloud, Data, AI, and Staffing.
• Book high-quality meetings for Sales Leadership.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, update pipeline stages, and report weekly performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to position services and prepare proposals.
• Support staffing requirements by identifying role needs and coordinating with recruiting teams.

Required Skills

• 5 10 years of Inside Sales / SDR experience in IT Services Staffing focused on the US market .
• Strong understanding of Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Data (ETL, Fabric/Snowflake/Databricks), and AI concepts.
• Excellent written verbal communication for US customer conversations.
• Experience working US hours and following structured sales processes.
• Strong lead qualification, objection handling, and meeting-booking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot).

Nice to Have

• Experience targeting Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, or Higher Ed.
• Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha.
