Job Description

1. Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise inside sales representatives.
  • Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and feedback.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and team productivity to meet or exceed goals.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Create and manage sales scripts, workflows, and best practices.
  • Track sales metrics and generate reports for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure timely response to inquiries and lead follow-up by the team.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Oversee CRM use to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.

4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing to align lead-generation activities with sales objectives.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment.
  • Provide customer insights to product and marketing teams.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and forecast future sales.
  • Present performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–7 years of inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
