Qualification : Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, B.E, BCA, MBA, B.Sc Computer Science, or equivalent

Location : Bangalore

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Manager will drive new business for Ubq’s cloud-based Sales & Distribution and downstream supply chain solutions. The role involves generating qualified leads, managing the complete inside sales cycle, conducting product demos, and contributing directly to revenue growth. The position requires strong communication skills, solid IT product sales experience, and the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize conversions and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and research.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demos tailored to customer requirements.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Address customer objections confidently and position the product effectively.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools with accurate details and follow-ups.
  • Prioritize leads based on potential and stage in the sales cycle.
  • Ensure timely follow-up communication to prevent lead drop-offs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Understand customer pain points and propose relevant product solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, demos, and conversions.
  • Optimize sales tactics to improve personal and team performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Share customer insights and feature requests with the product team.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team for the smooth transfer of qualified leads.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Share insights on customer behavior, objections, and market trends with management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer expectations, and competitive offerings.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
