We are looking for a skilled and experienced Delivery Managers to join our

Role Description:


Managers play a key role in ensuring the success of the organization.


They play critical role from attracting new talent, developing new talent, managing internal initiatives, manage & executing customer engagement, process & people management, and finally planning.

Role

Requirement:

  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team

building

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage

competing demands

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to

establish/maintain customer trust and confidence

  • Hands on experience creating, managing and maintaining all the documentations

required for Waterfall model

  • Hands on experience on time / effort estimates for new project/services for the

complete SDLC

  • Proven ability to lead initiative and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are

met

  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools such

as Jira, Greenhopper, Rally, or VersionOne, and Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office

Tools

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both

business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level

  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while

maintaining the “big picture” view


Role Responsibility:


  • To manage project: Successfully manage (small to large initiative both internal and

client project) the project execution and delivery using PM methodology to

completion, monitor the project delivery and organize audit process with COEs, work

with talent management for optimal team assignment, work with finance team on

project billings, track performance score of the delivery team, encourage innovation,

work with support team for resource needs Managing small to large initiatives

  • To attract talent: market Systech brand, manage, talent intake programs (intern and

other programs) and orientation, participate in hiring process and assist to recruiting

table through networking

  • To train talent: Train the next generation leaders, create awareness / suggest the

needed training programs, monitoring the training programs (Basic, Advanced and

Expert) and analyze the GAP and recommend the changes in training programs to

the COE

  • Other roles include, from project planning to talent planning, forecasting of talent

requirement, coordinate appraisal program, people management, and encourage

innovation

Requirement:

  • Experience in people and team management
  • Experience in handling the project stakeholders
  • Work experience in delivering Data Warehouse/Data Lake projects
  • Experience in project planning, estimating, and approach definition
  • Should have mentored / trained team in all aspects of knowledge needed for the

project

  • Should have experience with team allocation and manage all kind of risks relating to

project & resources

  • Working experience with PMO to manage delivery and address issues if needed



Roles and Responsibilities of an Offshore Delivery Manager


Project Coordination and Management:


o Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.

o Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.

o Coordinate with the onshore team and stakeholders to align project goals

and deliverables.


Team Leadership and Management:


o Lead and manage the offshore data engineering, data visualization and

quality assurance team.

o Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

o Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.


Communication and Collaboration:


o Act as the primary point of contact between the onshore and offshore teams.

o Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure all team members are

aligned.

o Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project

status.


Quality Assurance and Control:


o Implement and maintain quality standards for deliverables.

o Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project

requirements.

o Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project quality.


Risk Management:


o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

o Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

o Ensure that contingency plans are in place for any unforeseen challenges.


Resource Management:


o Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal productivity.

o Monitor team performance and workload to prevent burnout and ensure

efficiency.

o Manage budgets and ensure that the project stays within financial constraints.


Process Improvement:


o Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.

o Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance team

performance.

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.


Client and Stakeholder Management:


o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

o Ensure that client requirements and expectations are met.

o Address any client concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.

burn-down charts, and cycle time.

o Provide feedback and support to improve team performance and productivity.


Stakeholder Management:

o Keep stakeholders informed about the progress and any issues that arise.

o Ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed and met.


Continuous Improvement:

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the offshore team.

o Encourage the team to reflect on their processes and suggest improvements

during retrospectives.


Resource Management:

o Ensure that the offshore team has the necessary resources and tools to perform

their tasks effectively.

o Manage the allocation of tasks to balance the workload and prevent burnout.


Cultural and Social Integration:

o Promote cultural understanding and integration between onshore and

offshore teams.

o Organize team-building activities to strengthen relationships and collaboration.
