About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing beauty brand. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty trends, digital culture, and influencer-driven storytelling. You will be responsible for building and managing influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Strategy: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and product launches.
- Influencer Outreach & Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with beauty influencers, content creators, and celebrity partners across Instagram, YouTube etc.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate briefing, content guidelines, deliverables, timelines, and approvals with influencers.
- Content Amplification: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, on-brand content and repurpose it for paid ads, social media, and e-commerce.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze influencer campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI), and provide actionable insights.
- Market Research: Stay updated on beauty and influencer marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, PR, digital marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Budget Management: Track influencer spends, ensure cost efficiency, and maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong network and understanding of beauty influencers and digital creators.
- Hands-on experience with influencer platforms, social media analytics, and campaign management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content sense.
- Data-driven approach with ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
Preferred Skills
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and skincare.
- Experience working with D2C beauty brands or agencies.
- Familiarity with influencer contracts, compliance, and FTC guidelines.
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
