Influencer Marketing Specialist

As an Affiliate Marketing Executive at Zell Education, you will be instrumental in expanding our outreach through the cultivation and maintenance of partnerships with influencers, college representatives, and other affiliates. This position is well-suited for an individual with a blend of creativity, organization, and motivation, capable of steering brand growth through strategic collaborations and effective communication with diverse partners. Your responsibilities will include managing partnerships with influencers and affiliates, ensuring the identification and onboarding of suitable collaborators, and negotiating collaboration agreements to maximize return on investment. You will be tasked with fostering strong relationships with influencers, college Single Points of Contact (SPOCs), and other affiliates to guarantee a seamless partnership experience. In terms of content development, you will be creating rough scripts and content outlines for influencers and creators, aligning them with Zell Education's messaging and brand tone. Collaborating with content and design teams, you will contribute to crafting engaging and informative materials for lead nurturing and various marketing campaigns. Project management and communication play a significant role in this position. You will be responsible for setting and communicating deadlines with partners, ensuring timely delivery of content and campaigns. Additionally, you will prepare and oversee Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to formalize agreements with partners and coordinate with internal teams to align content and partnership initiatives with overarching marketing strategies. Moreover, you will design and implement content-driven strategies to nurture leads resulting from collaborations. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with influencers, college representatives, and internal teams. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential to handle multiple projects, partnerships, and deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is necessary for data analysis, tracking ROI, and managing collaboration records. Furthermore, the ability to draft compelling content scripts tailored to various audiences, from influencers to students and professionals, is crucial. Basic design skills, such as using platforms like Canva, for creating visual content and familiarity with social media content formats will be beneficial in this role.,
