Manage HRMS operations, including system maintenance, data entry, and generating reports to streamline HR processes 7. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labour regulations 8. Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for HR-related services 9. Assist in the creation of internal HR communication materials, with basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) being an advantage Requirements: 1. Demonstrate 4 years of HR operations experience including onboarding, HRMS management, compliance, and documentation 2. Apply strong MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) in daily operations 3. Utilize HRMS platforms effectively for HR processes 4.
