Overview

Influencer Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
Identify, approach, and negotiate with influencers (macro, micro, and nano) across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships — from onboarding and brief creation to performance analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to align influencer campaigns with overall brand messaging.
Track, measure, and report campaign performance using key KPIs (engagement rate, reach, conversions, ROI).
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
Manage influencer budgets, contracts, and deliverables.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies, and PR partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing (agency or brand side).
Strong understanding of influencer metrics, audience analytics, and campaign tracking tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with influencer platforms such as Collabstr, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, or AspireIQ.
Creative mindset with an eye for authentic storytelling and brand alignment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands.
Understanding of paid collaboration models (CPM, CPC, CPA, barter).
Ability to work with performance marketing teams to drive measurable results.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting.
