About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online product presence across platforms. This role involves maintaining accurate product listings, implementing SEO best practices, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, catalogs, and descriptions across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO strategies to enhance product visibility and ranking
• Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and ensure timely fulfillment
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and prompt issue resolution
• Set up and manage basic advertising campaigns, including Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads, to drive product visibility and sales

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing
• Familiarity with online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or others
• Understanding of SEO and online marketing strategies
• Proficient in MS Excel and e-commerce tools/platforms
• Strong communication and coordination skills
