Role Overview: As a Social Media Influencer Marketing Associate, your mission will be to find, connect, convince, execute, and repeat influencer marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for hunting the right influencers, pitching campaigns, negotiating collaborations, planning and executing influencer campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring content reaches the right audience. Key Responsibilities: - Hunt for the right influencers using KLUG KULG, filtering by audience, engagement, and content style. - Call 100 influencers daily, pitch the campaign, and onboard them. - Negotiate smartly to get the best value for reels and collaborations. - Plan and execute influencer campaigns with precision. - Track campaign performance including views, engagement, and impact. - Ensure content resonates with the target audience and has the potential to go viral. - Understand the product thoroughly to assist influencers in creating compelling, high-impact content.
