We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in India. Key Responsibilities: Bench Sales: Market available consultants to direct clients and tier-1 vendors in the US. Proactively reach out to potential clients to place IT consultants on projects. Client Interaction: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing suitable candidates from the bench. Negotiation: Negotiate rates and terms with clients and consultants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Consultant Management: Maintain a database of consultants available on the bench and their skillsets. Provide support to consultants throughout the placement process. Job Posting: Post job requirements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract suitable candidates. Follow-up: Follow up with clients and consultants on the interview process, feedback, and onboarding. Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and promptly. Qualifications: Experience: Freshers and 1-2 years of experience in US Bench Sales recruitment or IT staffing. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
