Bench Sales Recruiter

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bench Sales: Market available consultants to direct clients and tier-1 vendors in the US. Proactively reach out to potential clients to place IT consultants on projects.
• Client Interaction: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing suitable candidates from the bench.
• Negotiation: Negotiate rates and terms with clients and consultants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Consultant Management: Maintain a database of consultants available on the bench and their skillsets. Provide support to consultants throughout the placement process.
• Job Posting: Post job requirements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Follow-up: Follow up with clients and consultants on the interview process, feedback, and onboarding.
• Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Freshers and 1-2 years of experience in US Bench Sales recruitment or IT staffing.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
