Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place

  H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD & US Citizens consultants

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  Tier-1 Vendors and Direct Clients

  .
• Regularly interact with clients to submit consultants, negotiate rates, and close positions.
• Understand the client requirements and submit qualified consultants promptly.
• Maintain a strong vendor database and consultant pipeline.
• Follow up with vendors and clients for interview updates and feedback.
• Maintain submission records, interview schedules, and placement reports.
• Work in

  US staffing night shift timings

  if applicable.

Required Skills:

• 1–7+ years of proven experience in

  Bench Sales / US IT Recruitment

  .
• Strong experience working with

  Tier-1 Vendors & Direct Clients

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  US staffing process, tax terms (W2/Corp-Corp/1099)

  .
• Good knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, Data Engineer, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
• Excellent

  spoken and written communication skills

  .
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

Preferred:

• Experience with ATS tools and recruitment portals.
• Proven track record of successful placements.
