Role Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Partnerships & Growth Manager to identify, onboard, and manage barter-based collaborations with social media influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. The role focuses on cost-effective, performance-driven influencer marketing without upfront cash payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist relevant micro and nano influencers in education, tech, and career domains
• Pitch barter collaborations (free courses, platform credits, affiliate revenue sharing)
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and content formats
• Coordinate content creation and ensure brand alignment
• Track performance using promo codes, UTM links, and analytics
• Build long-term influencer partnerships and referral programs
• Maintain influencer outreach pipelines and reporting dashboards

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or growth marketing
• Proven experience executing barter or low-budget influencer campaigns
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and creator ecosystems
• Ability to track performance and ROI using basic analytics tools
• Self-starter mindset with strong ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
• Existing influencer network in tech or education
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing tools
