Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to support process-level HR and operations work across Tutorac’s user ecosystem (students, tutors, partners). This role is ideal for freshers or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to HR operations, coordination, and communication in a fast-growing EdTech startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR processes related to users, tutors, and internal teams
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and process tracking
• Coordinate with users and tutors via email, chat, and calls
• Maintain and update records, trackers, and reports
• Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
• Help streamline HR and operational workflows
• Ensure smooth communication between teams and stakeholders

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Freshers are welcome (MBA HR / BBA / Any Graduate)
• Good communication skills (English – written & verbal)
• Comfortable interacting with users and internal teams
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets & Docs
• Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment

Good to Have

• Internship or academic exposure to HR / Operations
• Familiarity with HR tools, ATS, or CRM systems
• Interest in EdTech or startup operations
