Role Description

This is a full-time remote internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern at Tech Vedhu. The primary responsibilities include assisting with HR-related tasks such as developing HR policies, supporting personnel management, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting in HR management processes. The intern will also provide support in planning and implementing HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and understanding of HR management principles
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team
• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior internship experience in HR or related roles is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
