💼 What You’ll Learn & Do 

Get hands-on experience in HR Operations, recruitment and talent acquisition. 

Learn how to source, screen, and coordinate interviews. 

Support new hire onboarding & employee engagement activities. 

Work on HR documentation. 

Assist with attendance and HR operations 

Interact with employees and help resolve basic HR queries 

Gain exposure to HR policies, compliance, and best practices 

Exposure and hands on experience to HRMs/ HRIS
