We offer comprehensive in-building solutions to various sectors, including real estate buildings, hospitals, hotels, commercial spaces, educational institutions, and government buildings nationwide.

Additionally, we are a leading Managed Wi-Fi services provider, delivering reliable and high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity. Our focus extends to location-based services that enhance user experiences and improve business operations. We have extensive coverage in the hospitality sector, and we cater to education campuses, co-working spaces, and co-living spaces as well.

Through the integration of our existing in-building and Wi-Fi services and data solutions, we are revolutionizing business operations. With the necessary regulatory authorizations, iBUS is driving innovation and transforming the digital landscape for businesses across various industries.

What You'll work upon:

  • Assist in onboarding & documentation, ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners.
  • Help drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
  • Work with HR team on HR operations including attendance, employee records, and policy updates.
  • Contribute to HR analytics by preparing reports, dashboards, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for ongoing HR projects.

What We're Looking for:

  • Students or fresh graduates pursuing

    HR / MBA / BBA/ Commerce

    (or similar fields) passed out in 2025 or 2026 and can start immediately.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good with coordination, organising tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions (bonus if you have internship experience!)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools is an added advantage.
