Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations. Daily tasks will include overseeing the onboarding process, handling payroll and benefits administration, facilitating employee training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also requires engaging in performance management, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management Skills in HR policy development, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training program facilitation Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Prior experience in the media or event production industry is a plus
