Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Event Sales Manager who will focus on driving sales and client acquisition for our events vertical. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through networking, partnerships, and market research.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings for weddings, corporate events, and brand activations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Create and present event proposals & sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the production & operations team to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event sales / business development (weddings, corporate events, media, or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong sales negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred.
