Design and recommend inclusive activities, games, and assessments for students aged 9–16. Collaborate with content teams to make ISC courses accessible to all learners. Conduct short workshops or webinars for parents. Maintain student progress reports and recommend enrichment or support plans. Foster a positive, empathetic, and motivating learning atmosphere in every session. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Minimum 2 years of experience working as a educator, tution education mentor, or counselor. Strong understanding of learning disabilities, emotional development, and behavioral management report to psychology team Excellent communication, empathy, and mentoring skills. Passionate about helping children reach their full potential. (Preferred) Experience in online learning or youth development programs.
