Event Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager to spearhead marketing and event acquisition in the Kerala market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing events, while building strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and associations. This role demands excellent networking, communication, and execution skills, along with a proven track record in event management or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to market our brand and secure events across Kerala.
• Identify and build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and associations for collaboration.
• Pitch event concepts, negotiate deals, and close partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan and deliver successful events.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Kerala.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for event acquisition and revenue.
• Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, business development, or related field (preferably in Kerala).
• Strong network within schools, colleges, and corporates in Kerala is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Malayalam mandatory).
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
