Ltd. that empowers students aged 9–16 to discover and develop their inborn talents beyond academics. Through interactive activities, mentorship, and global exposure, ISC nurtures creativity, confidence, and skill-based learning among young minds. --- Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate and innovative Special Education Mentor to guide and support ISC students and mentors. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in inclusive education, learning diversity, and child psychology to ensure that every student—regardless of ability or background—thrives in our programs. --- Key Responsibilities Act as a mentor and advisor to students with diverse learning needs within ISC programs. Support and train ISC facilitators/mentors on inclusive teaching strategies. Identify early learning or behavioral challenges and suggest suitable interventions. Design and recommend inclusive activities, games, and assessments for students aged 9–16. Collaborate with content teams to make ISC courses accessible to all learners. Conduct short workshops or webinars for parents on understanding child learning differences. Maintain student progress reports and recommend enrichment or support plans. Foster a positive, empathetic, and motivating learning atmosphere in every session. --- Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience working as a special educator, inclusive education mentor, or counselor. Strong understanding of learning disabilities, emotional development, and behavioral management. Excellent communication, empathy, and mentoring skills. Passionate about helping children reach their full potential. (Preferred) Experience in online learning or youth development programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,031.71 per month
