Role Overview

Customer Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-office meetings.
• Maintain professional and polite communication, ensuring quick responses and follow-ups.
• Handle office backend work, including documentation, contracts, reports, and scheduling.
• Collect and manage customer feedback, prepare reports, and share insights with the management team.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams for updates, deliverables, and approvals.
• Maintain organized client records, CRM entries, and communication logs.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and estimates for clients.
• Support the sales and events team with administrative tasks.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of client concerns.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in customer relations / client servicing / office coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills—polite, expressive, and client-friendly.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and ability to handle CRM tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
