Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to support our client relations and onboarding process. In this role, you will interact with prospective clients, provide accurate property information, and guide them throughout their journey with PropertyAngel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from prospective clients via calls, messages, and walk-ins
• Share correct and detailed property information
• Assist in scheduling property visits and resolving client queries
• Follow up with leads to support conversions
• Maintain lead updates and records in CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers to 2 years of experience (Customer Support, Sales, or similar roles preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Customer-first mindset with good interpersonal skills
• Preferred: Candidates residing within 12 km of Koramangala
