1. Office Administration,Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organised workplace. Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory records. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, printing, repairs, utilities, etc. Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries. 2. Management Support Assist the owner/management with scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and documentation. Prepare basic reports, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks. Coordinate internal communication between sales, billing, accounts, and workshop teams. 3. Customer Coordination (Store + Digital)Attend to customer queries related to jewellery, gold coins, digital gold/silver, schemes, and website/app usage. Guide customers on how to download and use the store’s app/website. Provide timely responses to customers on WhatsApp, calls, app chat, and social media messages. 4. Operations & Record Keeping,Maintain daily registers, attendance, and checklist-based tasks. Track deliveries, orders, service jobs, and vendor communication. Assist in managing customer orders, jewellery repair notes, and follow-up processes. 5. Digital & Branding Coordination,Coordinate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams for product photos, banners, and online campaigns. Upload or share product information, photos, and updates to internal teams. Support in managing customer engagement for online platforms. Excellent Follow up
