Customer Relations Executive

You are a dynamic and empathetic Customer Relation Executive who will serve as the voice of Viyona Fintech. Your role involves handling customer queries, delivering excellent service, and fostering lasting relationships with users across various regions. Your multilingual fluency will be crucial in supporting our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through calls, chats, emails, or in-person support - Resolve queries related to transactions, product features, and onboarding - Educate customers about Viyona's products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions - Record customer feedback to facilitate continuous product improvement - Collaborate with technical or operations teams to address escalated issues Key Requirements: - Proven experience in customer support or client-facing roles - 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred - Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment - Basic tech proficiency and familiarity with digital financial platforms are advantageous Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field - Experience in fintech, banking, or BPO sectors would be beneficial In addition to your role, Viyona Fintech offers you the opportunity to be part of a growing fintech revolution.
