Job Description

You are being hired as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for a voice-based inbound process. Your main responsibility will be to handle customer queries and concerns over calls, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. - Address and resolve customer queries and concerns via inbound calls - Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling customer interactions - Ensure accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions - Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions - Uphold service quality standards and meet performance metrics Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduation (mandatory) - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi preferred - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome The company offers a competitive salary package: - Freshers: 17,000 in hand (CTC: 2.55 LPA) - Experienced: Up to 27,000 in hand (CTC: 3.7 LPA) The work schedule for this role includes: - 5 days working - 2 rotational week offs The job location is: 13th Floor, Vishwaroop IT Park, Behind Raghuleela Mall, Opposite Vashi Station, Sector 30, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400705,
