Customer Relations Executive

As a Customer Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the software industry. Your strong communication skills and prior experience in customer relations will be essential in delivering excellent support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat. - Provide accurate information and support on software products/services. - Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues as needed. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases effectively. - Educate clients on software features, updates, and best practices. - Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quality, service-oriented support. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relations / Customer Support. - Proficiency in Malayalam for effective communication. - Ability to understand and address customer concerns efficiently. - Willingness to learn and adapt to software systems and tools. - Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. In addition to the above, the company prefers candidates with an interest in software products and customer interaction, along with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
