Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive based in Chennai. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. The role involves effective communication and working closely with clients to identify and address their needs, while representing the company professionally during all interactions.
